Yeah… numbing creams suck… you can’t even feel your penis…. terrible.

Try to make more familiar with the woman, that is the key.
Try not to jump on her from beginning, and tarts slow. And during sexual contact, when you feel like almost over, stop working, and continue only after the moment has gone.
