Is it possible for a man with premature ejaculation problem can marry and establish family?

I am close 40. I am victim of premature ejaculation problem. Two ladies have left me after 2 years of relationship(almost for both). Now I am alone. I only go out if I am drunk only. Do U advise me to try for the 3rd lady? or should I consentrate to other issues like my profession? It is realy pety to be alone. I expect some advise from good people.

    Premature ejaculation will not prevent you from having children. It probably will impact the level of satisfaction from your partner but there are ways to compensate for that.. i love my orgasms but that is not the only thing important in a relationship.

    Intercourse is also not the only path to orgasm for women.Some of the best sex i’ve had has never even involved insertions of any kind. I spend far more time in “foreplay” than intercourse. Foreplay is activity that gets the body warmed up and heated and ready.. Learn more about her fantasies and what you can do to arouse her during foreplay and focus on that; avoid intercourse until much later in the game. Your orgasm is important also but her orgasm does not necessarily stem from your insertion and if you can learn to satisfy her without focusing on vaginal intercourse you will more than compensate for a premature ejaculation problem.
