The Value of Kegel for Men
Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are the
twin foes of men all over the world. Almost every man has a

muscle by tensing the muscles in their pelvic floor until

is easier to observe. Basically, the muscle is located
between the scrotum and the anus and it’s the part of the
pelvic floor that supports the internal organs. It plays a
crucial role in the sex organs of both men and women.
The main benefit men get out of exercising their PC muscle
is the vastly increased control over ejaculation. A
well-toned PC muscle can stop the flow of urine, but it can
also stop the flow of semen. Therefore, exercises help men
gain control over the ejaculation, especially to those who
suffer from premature ejaculation. The exercise is not a
quick fix. It takes a couple of months to see the results,
but you can rest assured that you’re doing it for your own
good.
